Job Title

Position responsible to provide direction, communications with all operators while monitoring system performance and making scheduling adjustments where necessary to maximize on-time performance, minimize customer wait times, minimize service disruptions as a result of vehicle/operator availability and/or emergency situations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule chauffeurs/drivers to fleet vehicles
  • Recommend and arrange transportation options for clients
  • Provide quotes and enter new business into our reservation system
  • Create and maintain trip manifests
  • Monitor dispatch board for potential issues
  • Add, change or delete scheduled stops in planning
  • Research and resolve client issues quickly and accurately
Requirements

2-3 years of transportation industry preferred

2-3 years of customer service experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Ability to multi-task

Dependable

Must be able to work evening/night shifts, available to work late afternoon to midnight, available to work weekend shift (must be available both weekend days)
