Providing strategic planning and advisory support, the fully remote Strategic Functional Consultant will manage process development, acquisition integration, and lifecycle management for the Coast Guard's CG-C5I Operational Technology Integrated Systems organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic functional consulting support for business development and process improvement initiativesSupport the implementation and refinement of Government-defined initiatives and command priority projectsAssist with acquisition integration and lifecycle program management across CG-C5I-OTISRequired QualificationsMinimum five years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, functional analysis, or lifecycle managementExperience supporting DHS, DoD, or federal technology acquisition programsKnowledge of DHS or DoD system lifecycles and business development processesExperience developing or refining processes, policies, and technical documentationProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
