The Senior Superintendent will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines. Client Details A company in the property industry based in Melbourne, Florida. Description Lead all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Monitor project progress, addressing issues as they arise to maintain schedules. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals. Maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and professionally.
