Summary
Deputy Operations Manager/Pacific NCTE Operations Branch Head
You will serve as the RS20T Deputy Operations Manager/Pacific NCTE Operations Branch head, providing senior-level leadership, oversight, and direction for the delivery of NCTE capability across six major Fleet training lines of effort.
You will contribute to the development of long-range strategic plans that align NCTE capabilities, technology investments, and operational support with Fleet warfighting readiness objectives.
You will provide continuous global oversight of training operations, including the ability to make time-critical resourcing decisions in response to emergent Force Generation requirements.
You will ensure the execution of day-to-day branch operations, the delivery of high-quality products and services, and adherence to cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
You will oversee the budget, government and contractor staffing at multiple locations, and manage customer relationships and program execution.
You will oversee the integrated training environments including live, virtual, and constructive systems to adapt critical network architecture and training infrastructure for complex, real-time certification exercises.
