Marine Technicians
Location: Ventura, CA
Pay: $30 per hour
1st Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Ship Mechanics to perform a variety of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks on marine vessels. The ideal candidate has hands‑on marine or boat maintenance experience and/or a strong mechanical aptitude in industrial or heavy‑equipment environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on marine vessels (non‑engine related).
Diagnose issues, replace components, and ensure proper mechanical function.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Assist with fabrication, welding, and structural repair tasks as needed.
Work safely and efficiently in a marine/industrial environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs and meet project timelines.
Qualifications
Accepting Candidates with Marine / Boat Maintenance Experience
Accepting candidates with Industrial Maintenance Experience
Accepting candidates with Heavy Equipment, Industrial Maintenance or Heavy Equipment/ Diesel Mechanicexperience
Welding & Fabrication skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work in outdoor and marine environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ventura, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
