Your Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.
- Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM and Saturdays are highly preferred.
- Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification & Immunization records:
- Rubella (2-series child/1-series adult)
- Rubeola (2-series child/1-series adult)
- Mumps (2-series child/1-series adult)
- Varicella (2-series)
- Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable)
- Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable)
- Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
- Negative TB test must be conducted within three months prior to start date with CCS clients, and TB test must be conducted if practitioner is exposed to TB, according to CDC guidance for Health Care Professionals
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
