Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or local responders when needed; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and share updates with Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts
