Digital & Equipment Management Solutions Coordinator

The Digital & EM Solutions Representative is responsible for driving adoption, utilization, and ongoing value realization of Caterpillar's technology and equipment management (EM) solutions. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Support, Rental, and customer stakeholders to ensure technologies are properly onboarded and utilized effectively. Success is measured through increased count of connected assets, increased and sustained technology usage, and disciplined lifecycle management of digital solutions.
Wages: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Promote and support adoption of Caterpillar digital technologies across customer and internal fleets
- Lead technology onboarding activities, including system setup, customer orientation, and initial success validation
- Demonstrate the value of offboard technologies as they pertain to equipment management.
- Partner with Sales and Product Support teams to identify technology opportunities aligned to customer needs
- Monitor and report on technology adoption, utilization, and performance metrics
- Educate customers and internal partners on best practices for connected asset solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical resources to resolve adoption or utilization challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation related to connected assets, subscriptions, and customer usage
- Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for EM solutions throughout Quinn's territory
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two-year college degree or certificate (AA or AS) preferred; or
Minimum of three (3) years of related industry or technical experience.
