The Deputy General Counsel will also be responsible for shaping product features, supporting AI development, and addressing emerging legal needs as the company expands.Applicants must have a strong background in AI and at least 15 years of legal experience in healthcare, digital health, or health technology, with a proven track record in product counseling and regulatory compliance. Experience with FDA-regulated software, digital health products, and a deep understanding of AI and machine learning governance frameworks are essential. The role requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, an active state bar license, and a growth-minded approach to adapting to evolving regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to provide practical legal guidance, and a collaborative, creative, and courageous mindset.
