Job Title: ERP Systems Analyst (Navy ERP Support)
Location: Naval Station Mayport, FL (SERMC) Position Overview:
This position supports the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) at Naval Station Mayport, Florida. The role provides non-personal services in support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within the Corporate Operations Department. The selected candidate will assist in the management, operation, and analysis of ERP business systems while delivering customer support to system users and stakeholders supporting U.S. Navy ship maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: Support Navy ERP systems operations, including business process analysis and system functionality. Assist with ship repair and maintenance activities utilizing Navy ERP, including MSE. Develop, analyze, and maintain reporting tools to measure system performance and business health. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. Utilize SAP Business Objects and other reporting tools for data analysis and reporting. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Collaborate with SERMC teams to ensure system effectiveness and operational readiness. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate experience in the following areas: Experience with ship repair activities utilizing Navy ERP systems, including MSE. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using SAP Business Objects reporting tools. Experience utilizing Navy ERP system analysis tools or developing new tools to assess system performance and business health. Required Submission:
