Job Details Location: Coronado, CA 92118Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00Position title: InstructorLocation: San Diego, CAClearance required: TOP SECRET with SCI eligibilityResponsibilities include (but are not limited to) Support the delivery, assessment, and reporting of Mission Qualification Training (MQT) programs to ensure alignment with operational training objectives.Deliver curriculum in accordance with established training standards and provide subject matter expertise during instruction.Validate and refine assessment materials, including knowledge checks, performance evaluations, and practical exercises.Collect, compile, and analyze training data to support program metrics and performance assessments.Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure proper documentation of completion requirements.Generate training reports, after action reviews, and other documentation in support of program and customer requirements.Update training content and materials to reflect changes in equipment, procedures, or mission needs.Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands‑on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian-equivalent Instructor.Completed and current Basic Life Support (BLS - AED and CPR).Fully understands CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
