This position needs a motivated missile test cell technician with Standard Missile (SM) and Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile (ESSM) experience supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD) at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, CA. Primary responsibility is MK-698 test set diagnostics and testing. Formal MK-698 Test Set training provided after a short period of on-the-job training. Provides engineering technical assistance for MK-698 Test Set operations.Minimum QualificationsMust be legally authorized to in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship now or at any time in the futureAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level SecretGood communication and interpersonal skillsFollows established SOPs and work instructions and strives towards continuous improvementHigh School Diploma or equivalentElectronic circuit and assembly troubleshooting experience3 or more years related experiencePreferred QualificationsMissile Test Set experienceMK-698 Test Set ExperienceOrdnance systems experienceSecurity ClearanceApplicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
