Full-time Armed Flex Security Agent

We seek an experienced Full-time Armed Flex Security Agent with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in the Bay area. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of Shift Supervisors and the Area Managers. In your day to day role as a Armed Flex Security Agent, you will be acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing professional security guarding services with the goal of protecting client personnel and property as well as deterrence and emergency response. You will perform all duties in accordance with Surefox and client policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations. Other responsibilities include responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, staffing deficiencies, and handling client requests in a timely manner. Under certain circumstances, an Armed Flex Security Agent will be expected to initiate preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal client and company issues. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and pays close attention to detail as well as being highly dependable. As we encourage veterans and candidates that are currently in the military reserve to apply, we welcome all who share the same passions for protection as we do. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time. Base hourly rate: $30.00 - $32.00. Must have a current California BSIS Armed Guard Card Well maintained firearm (must be the same caliber listed on the permit) - Glock 17 or 19 preferred.
