The position reports to the SLP Cluster Manager.Key Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.Actively monitor and report outcome for systems and tools that generate data indicating site/region opportunities.Manage confidential investigations and prepare prompt reports of theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents.Utilize continuous improvement to drive process enhancements and increase efficiency.Serve as department's liaison and security/crisis management subject matter expert, keeping site leadership informed on key issues, strategies, and performance.Identify, promote and implement security best practices while effectively partnering with internal customers to evaluate current and future security needs, processes, and initiatives, including incident response planning, facilitation and management.Domestic regional travel up to 50% of the time when applicable.Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach; stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts; work in an environment where noise levels vary and can be loud; work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather; continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).Work 24/7 operations and be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.A Day in the LifeAs an SLP Expert, you will join a team of S&LP professionals providing security as a service to business customers across multiple business units within a dedicated geographical area. You will perform regular physical security audits and investigate policy violations, security-related incidents, and loss events. During your investigations, you will collect information by monitoring systems and tools, analyzing data reports, and conducting interviews. Your findings contribute to identifying vulnerabilities in various processes and drive mitigating measures. You will maintain the physical integrity of our sites by auditing and monitoring the health status of our systems and, jointly with subject matter experts and external suppliers, maintain their functionality. You will identify and act upon initiatives improving our physical security infrastructure, contribute directly to budgetary planning for our external suppliers, and collaborate with stakeholders across organizational levels to deliver measurable outcomes through effective project management.
