You will serve as the main point of contact for managers, new hires, existing employees, and the HR team on all immigration matters.Position ResponsibilitiesCounseling talent management team on immigration processesGuiding employees and managers on immigration policies, and set expectations on better practice, process and timelineActing as a liaison between candidates and outside counsel and provide continuous support and coordination to keep the immigration process movingFacilitating assessment of new candidates as presented for eligibility for sponsorshipAnalyze complex immigration matters and effectively communicate solutions to internal clients in collaboration with outside immigration counselActively identify process improvements focusing on employee experienceAssist with invoice processing/tracking of payment statusRequired SkillsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required5+ years of experience with employment sponsored immigration such as temporary work visas, permanent residency and I-9 compliance requiredExperience with MS Office suite; specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePointExperience consulting on procedural requirements for various visa types; non-immigrant and immigrantPassion for immigration and understanding of the sensitivity of the process to the employeesA team player that can adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing environment, work collaboratively with other departments and managers at all levels within the companyAbility to effectively interface with all level of employeesExcellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skillsAble to demonstrate complete discretion when handling sensitive and confidential informationHigh professional standards; strong customer service mentality, is positive and resourcefulStrong oral and written communication; able to communicate effectively within a diverse cultureSpecial AttributesExperience managing H-1B, B-1, L-1, TN, F-1 and permanent residency casesAdditional experience in domestic relocation, international assignment management and global mobility will be advantageousOur total rewards programs are designed to motivate and engage exceptional talent.
