Looking for a Experienced Draftsman- Either Edgewater or Jacksonville Office

We have two offices: able to work at either location.

Jacksonville Office: 4836 Safe Harbor Way, Jacksonville, FL 32226 Edgewater Office: 3625 US Highway 1, Edgewater, FL 32141

Responsibilities:

Create detailed construction drawings and plan sets for marine and waterfront projects.

Prepare site plans, structural details, and permit drawings.

Revise and update plans based on engineering and project requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or similar drafting software.

Experience with marine construction, seawalls, docks, bulkheads, boat lifts, or waterfront structures preferred.

Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of local permitting requirements is a plus.
