Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will receive emergency and non-emergency calls and make quick decisions to ensure the proper action is taken. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Duties:

  • Plan and schedule jobs for plumbers
  • Coordinate with plumbers and input payment information
  • Process payments and send out invoices to customers
  • Utilize transportation management systems and GPS technology to track vehicles
  • Communicate with customers, responding to inquiries via text, chat, phone and email
  • Collaborate with office manager
  • Assist in managing fleet maintenance and scheduling repairs as needed
  • Collect and scan important paperwork into software program
  • Data entry, light filing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Proficiency in using text messaging, email and computer
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with fleet management practices is beneficial
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Fluency in English Language is required

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm (M-F) 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm if preferred) Saturday ***On-call opportunities
