Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including preparing clear and timely activity and incident reports; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify concerns; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, or maintenance issues to site contacts; Perform armed post duties in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal standards while maintaining professionalism and respectful interactions with the public
