Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required documentation and communication channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor, staff, and vendor interactions in accordance with post instructions; Support a professional presence in a public-facing government services environment while following Allied Universal standards and client-directed protocols
