Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, and restricted areas while supporting access control practices and following location protocols for visitors, staff, and vendors; Assist with de-escalation support, directional assistance, and other customer-focused interactions that help maintain an orderly environment for everyone at the location
