Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or access points, verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures; Support daily operations by providing information and assistance, completing required reports, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location
