Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations that may affect daily operations at the location; Support property operations by providing directions, assisting with visitor inquiries, and completing routine reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or security-related observations
