Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location serving the public; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to post guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, surrounding grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and resident activity as applicable, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact; Support a respectful environment by giving clear directions, de-escalating conflicts when appropriate, and communicating professionally with staff, visitors, and individuals receiving services
