Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and/or perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions at a technology-focused location; Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor entry procedures in accordance with site protocols and established post orders; Support asset protection and workplace conduct initiatives by observing high-traffic areas, reporting policy violations, and communicating professionally with staff and guests
