Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Perform screening functions for people, bags, and/or personal items in accordance with site-specific procedures and post instructions; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate concerns in line with site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, since working environments and conditions may vary by location; Document and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or screening-related concerns to help support site operations and awareness
