Monitor drivers delivery progress and safe driving practices. Set roster and schedule drivers according to route count. Assist withload out and morning distribution of vans & asset bags. Train new drivers. Open and close. Inspect vans for damage. Monitor drivers progress and hours to name a few. Other tasks are expected as well.
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in day-to-day execution of delivery operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher will utilize various technologies to optimize routes and enhance operational efficiency.
Must have 2 years of recent Amazon DSP dispatching.
Must be a good communicator and leader.
Must be able to influence a team.
Must be able to follow company policies and procedures.
Must be able to coach staff as necessary.
