Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity according to site procedures, offering directions and assistance; Support day-to-day location operations by communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal teams regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues that may affect the site
