Security Officer Front Desk

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.; Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, and support visitor check-in processes in accordance with location protocols.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.; Maintain detailed logs, reports, and other documentation related to incidents, visitor activity, deliveries, and other security-related front desk matters.; Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, following established screening procedures, and reporting concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
