    Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a highly experienced Functional (Legacy) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal client in modernizing and sustaining legacy defense-related ERP systems.In this role, you will provide deep functional expertise across ERP strategy, test planning, and Agile program execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of working software solutions while supporting mission-critical financial and supply chain systems.What You'll DoDefine and support the “Definition of Ready” for backlog items to enable effective Agile sprint planning and backlog groomingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver working software solutions in each iteration, including configuration and development supportAdapt functional designs to develop comprehensive test plans, including test conditions and test scriptsExecute functional testing and support validation activities through release completionSupport production deployments and troubleshoot issues identified by stakeholdersProvide expertise in ERP strategy and planning within defense-related environmentsEnsure adherence to established processes, procedures, and program standardsCollaborate with stakeholders, including federal defense working capital fund organizations and trading partnersFull-time (40 hours/week)RequirementsMinimum of 10+ years experience working with Department of Defense (DoD)Working Capital Fund systems and ERP environmentsMinimum of 10+ years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and functional business processesMinimum of 10+ years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferredMinimum of 10+ years experience with test execution within complex system environmentsMinimum of 10+ years experience in functional design for enterprise applicationsMinimum of 10+ years experience in test planning and validation strategiesExperience working with legacy defense-related supply systems, including D035J/FIABS, SMAS, and GAFS-BQ/BLExperience with Agile Project ManagementDemonstrated Advanced experience with:ERP strategy, planning, and functional system designAgile project management and iterative software deliveryFunctional testing, test planning, and validation processesSupporting legacy system modernization within defense environmentsWhy Join Blue Rose?Support mission-critical federal financial and supply chain systemsWork on high-impact ERP modernization and sustainment initiativesCollaborate with experienced program teams and federal stakeholdersContribute to secure, scalable solutions supporting national defense priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
