    This role involves analyzing illicit networks and supporting criminal or national security investigations through detailed watchlist assessments. The Watchlist Analyst (Mid-Senior) will conduct data analysis, develop deconfliction methods, and provide strategic intelligence support to clients and partner agencies. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of intelligence analysis, targeting, and experience with various analytical tools and datasets. Education & Certification Requirements:
    A bachelor's degree is required, including 2-4 years of experience in analyzing illicit networks or supporting security investigations. Alternatively, an associate degree with 4 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with 6 years of experience in research, intelligence, or threat analysis will be considered. Completion of the Watchlist Analyst Course and prior watchlisting experience are strongly preferred. Clearance Requirements:
    Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. Onsite Requirements:
    This role is onsite at either the DC or Tysons location. Required Skills:
    - Experience tracking money laundering and structuring activities of transnational criminal organizations.
    - Extensive experience in analyzing data and interpreting patterns or trends using the appropriate analytical techniques and methods.
    - Proficiency conducting research using classified, law enforcement sensitive, and unclassified/open-source data Experience with mapping platforms such as ArcGIS.
    - Experience with phone toll analysis conducted using PLX or PenLink.
    - Experience using analytical tools and visualization software such as the i2 Analysts Notebook, Tableau, or PowerBi, Experience working on time-sensitive projects, often under pressure with the ability to multi-task various tasks at the same time. Job Functions/Responsibilities:
    - Review and deconflict previously submitted watchlist nominations.
    - Nominate or enhance records of individuals eligible for watchlisting.
    - Conduct quality control reviews of watchlist nominations.
    - Develop and implement deconfliction methods for future watchlist nominations.
    - Provide strategic and tactical intelligence support to the client.
    - Perform analysis of watchlist data to identify criminal actors and networks.
    - Conduct deep-dive analyses to illuminate networks.
    - Develop strategic communications for stakeholders.
    - Provide operational support to partner agencies, as needed.
