    Job Summary: Engineering - Systems Integration/Test Engineer [About the Role]
    Join a leading technology team in Chelmsford, MA, as a Systems Integration/Test Engineer. Drive the integration, validation, and performance testing of advanced in-house and COTS/GOTS systems within a collaborative and high-impact engineering environment. [Responsibilities] - Plan, implement, and document solutions for integrating and testing hardware/software subsystems and end-to-end systems.
    - Synthesize customer requirements into actionable test strategies addressing technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
    - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test procedures, and schedules for system/subsystem validation.
    - Define functional and technical specifications, resolve hardware/software interface challenges, and ensure seamless system integration.
    - Coordinate system and subsystem testing activities across teams and external partners.
    - Analyze and report on test results, verifying and validating system performance against requirements.
    - Document discrepancies, write evaluation reports, and conduct regression testing to ensure quality fixes. [Required Skills and Experience] - Active interim or secret clearance at the time of application.
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
    - Minimum 3 years of hands-on LabVIEW experience.
    - Proficient in RF testing, including test setup and analysis.
    - Strong experience (15+ years) in systems integration and test engineering. [Preferred Skills] - Advanced knowledge of system-level test automation.
    - Experience with COTS/GOTS integration best practices.
