    JOB SUMMARY

    The Town of Prosper is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individual

    for the position of:

    Crew Leader - Streets

    Hiring Salary Range: $51,882.61 - $59,665.00

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Two (2) years of concrete maintenance or construction experience, including supervisory or lead capacity.
    • Must possess IMSA Work Zone Safety or TEEX course certificate.
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle record check, and post offer physical agility exam.
    • Must possess valid State of Texas CDL Driver’s License within six (6) months of hire date.

    The Crew Leader, Streets leads a small crew in the construction, repair, and maintenance of Town streets, alleys, sidewalks, and drainage projects. Operates equipment, orders materials, completes work orders, and responds to emergencies, storms, and special events to ensure safe and reliable public infrastructure.
