The Job
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Graduate Medical Education Program Coordinator to coordinate residency programs and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. The Graduate Medical Education Program Coordinator will ensure complete and accurate documentation and record retention of the training, education and competency programs. This position will participate in determining education needs by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the training programs.

ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles). Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit,456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the adjacently located California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), the Inland Empire's newest medical school. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Pre-Employment Process: Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, drug test, verification of employment history and education.

Minimum Requirements
Candidates must possess ALL of the following:
EDUCATION: Twenty-four (24) semester, thirty-six (36) quarter, units of completed college coursework from an accredited college or university in English, Communications/Journalism, Public/Business Administration, Education, Health Care Administration, Health Science, Biology, Behavioral or Social Science. A copy of transcripts must be submitted with the application if a degree (as above) has not been conferred.
-AND-
EXPERIENCE: Twelve (12) months of full-time equivalent experience planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs based on accreditation systems in a large organizational setting.
Substitution: One additional year of qualifying experience may substitute for the education requirement.
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs in a healthcare setting.
