    Marketing Communications Professional IV

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
    • Executes integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels to support enrollment goals and recruitment priorities.
    • Manages the creative production calendar to ensure marketing deliverables align with recruitment timelines and enrollment initiatives.
    • Assists with the development of print materials, digital assets, and multimedia content used in recruitment marketing.
    • Collaborates with University Marketing & Communications to ensure brand consistency and alignment with institutional messaging.
    • Designs and manages automated communication flows and campaigns within the Slate CRM.
    • Maintains communication calendars and ensures timely, audience-specific messaging across recruitment channels.
    • Manages and optimizes digital advertising campaigns, including paid social and search marketing initiatives.
    • Tracks campaign performance metrics and prepares reports to inform strategic improvements and optimize engagement.
    • Manages vendor relationships related to advertising, printing, and creative services.
    • Coordinates the production, inventory, and distribution of recruitment print materials and mailings.
    • Supports the development of communication templates, scripts, and marketing collateral used by admissions counselors, recruiters, and student ambassadors.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field. An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

    Experience: Equivalent to five years of relevant experience. Additional experience which demonstrates acquired and successful application of knowledge and abilities may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    • Knowledge of enrollment marketing strategies and the undergraduate recruitment cycle, including the stages of the enrollment funnel.
    • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email communications, print, and social media.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems used in enrollment management, preferably Slate, including communication campaign development, segmentation, and automation.
    • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including paid search, social media advertising, and marketing analytics tools.
    • Experience coordinating creative projects, including print collateral, digital assets, and multimedia content production.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Ability to analyze engagement and campaign performance data to inform communication strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Proficiency in marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
    • Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging messages for prospective students and families.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including admissions, recruitment, university marketing, and external vendors.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all communications and materials.

    Hiring Range: $6,668 - $7,509 per month
