What you will typically be responsible for:- Providing oversight of care delivery, quality, & service at each clinic
- Implementing strategic plan and working closely under the direction of CNO, CMO, and ACMDs to accomplish assigned goals
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and CCRMC policies
- Coordinating and consulting with Medical Directors to develop strategies to meet community needs such as standing up new services or clinics
- Providing efficient and effective financial management, including adherence to budget and productivity goals, as well as strategizing business development and enhancing care delivery through innovative approaches
- Utilizing HRO and Lean Management principles to implement change, oversee daily management systems and strengthen the huddle culture

The eligible list established from this recruitment may remain in effect for six (6) months.Minimum QualificationsLicense and Certification Required: Candidates must possess and maintain throughout the duration of employment: a current, valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing; valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or CPR certification issued by the American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider).
Education: Possession of a master's degree in nursing, hospital or health care administration or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five (5) years of full-time experience, or its equivalent, as a Registered Nurse, two years of which were in an ambulatory care setting or acute care hospital. Two (2) years of this experience must have been in the capacity of a charge nurse, nurse supervisor or nurse manager.
Substitution: A bachelor's degree in one of the fields noted above plus two (2) additional years of supervisory experience of the type noted above may be substituted for the master's degree.
Desirable Qualifications:- Experience working in a large public multiple clinic system serving the underserved communities
- Experience navigating organized labor and civil service environments
- Experience applying a Lean leadership philosophy with demonstrated success in continuous improvement practices
Selection ProcessSelection Process:
Application Filing and Evaluation: Applicants will be required to complete a supplemental questionnaire at the time of application; applications will be evaluated to determine which candidates will move forward in the next phase of the recruitment process.
Remote Oral Assessment:Candidates who possess the minimum qualifications will be invited to participate in an online oral assessment. The assessment will measure candidates' competencies as they relate to the job. In the assessment, candidates must achieve an average passing score of 70% or higher on each of the competencies, as well as an overall passing score of 70% or higher. These may include but are not limited to: Professional Integrity & Ethics, Leading Cross-Divisional Collaboration, Valuing Diversity, Managing & Facilitating Change.

DISASTER SERVICE WORKER
