    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Neighborhood Promotions Distributer. In this role, you will be responsible for hanging door tags in specified neighborhoods or areas according to provided instructions. The job involves distributing and installing promotional materials, event notices, or other informational materials door-to-door and within neighborhoods.

    The salary range for this position is $15.76 - $21.27 per hour with a hiring range of $15.76 - $18.51, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a temporary position for up to 10 months.

    This opportunity will be available to applicants until Monday February 16, 2026.

    Essential Functions:
    • Attend trainings
    • Receive promotional materials and distribution routes from supervisor.
    • Navigate assigned neighborhoods efficiently.
    • Ensure accurate distribution according to provided instructions.
    • Maintain professionalism and positive interactions with community members.
    • Report any issues or concerns encountered during distribution.

    Other Job Functions:
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Job Level and Management Expectations:
    • There are no supervisor/management expectations.

    Qualifications:

    Certifications:
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Reliable transportation for navigating assigned routes.
    • Work independently and efficiently.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accurate distribution.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods and to lift and carry promotional materials.
    • Must use maps or route instructions

    Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
    • Constant: Moderate to considerable physical effort that includes working from ladders in awkward positions. Frequent use of light or medium weight objects (e.g., 25-50 lbs) and use of medium weight tools.

    Working Environment:
    • Constant: Exposure to heat and noise along with working outside in the elements.

    Additional Working Demands / Conditions:
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel within the City of Loveland, Town of Timnath, and adjacent areas for engagement work.
    • Will perform work outdoors in inclement weather conditions and work varied hours.
    • Requires significant amounts of walking, some bending and kneeling for extended periods of time, reaching and repetitive motion.
    • Availability to work 4-6 hours per week. Flexible schedule available within Monday-Saturday 8:00AM - 8:00PM.
