This position will be located at the
St. Louis Regional Office at 1390 Timberlake Manor Parkway, 2nd Floor, Chesterfield, MO 63017. - Coordinating and documenting maintenance, reporting usage data, and assisting employees with vehicle checkout for a fleet of 21 vehicles
- Make purchases for fleet vehicles for repairs, maintenance, and other issues using a State of Missouri purchasing card
- Professional document proofing, printing, and finalization; data entry for technical reports
- Searching electronic and physical files for documents in compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law
- Assisting other Administrative, Technical Staff, and office management
To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills: - Manages Resources : Selects, acquires, stores, and distributes resources such as materials, equipment, or money.
- Clerical : Knowledge of filing, typing, entering data, maintaining records, taking shorthand, and using and completing forms.
- Adaptability : Adjusts planned work by gathering relevant information and applying critical thinking to address multiple demands and competing priorities in a changing environment.
- Computer Skills : Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work.
Equivalent to those typically gained by: - Possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency and 1-3 years of experience in administrative office work; prior fleet or automotive experience
