This position will report directly to the DOC Fleet Coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to reviewing fleet records for accuracy and completeness and entering the information into the Fleetwave system; monitor and manage carpool reservations for the Office of Administration; preforming routine computer related tasks including data entry and retrieval; routine clerical scanning and filing; communicate and provide support to site business managers; monitor and maintain vehicle fuel cards, ensuring proper usage and reporting; other relevant duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience as an Office Support Assistant with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency OR

Three or more years of experience in office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency

(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience at a rate of 30 credit hours for one year)

Contingent upon your position, you may also be eligible to receive:

• A $2.00 per hour shift differential if you are assigned to a shift that begins on or between 12:00pm (noon) and 5:00am and are employed at a 24/7 congregate care facility (i.e. institution, transition center, supervision center, or command center).
• A $0.75 per hour maximum security stipend if you work full-time at a qualifying facility.
• A $1.00 per hour restrictive housing stipend if you are assigned a regular post within a restrict housing/segregation unit at any facility.

The Department of Corrections currently offers a guaranteed 1% pay increase for every two years of continuous service up to 20 years!
