    Administrative Support Assistant- Timekeeper

    Positions open in the following programs:

    Recovery and Self-Motivation (RSM)

    Social Learning Program (SLP)

    Hours of work:

    8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

    The timekeeping team at Fulton State Hospital is looking for energetic, caring, enthusiastic individuals. This position assists in the operation of multiple living areas.

    What you’ll do:

    • Audit absenteeism records with submitted time and attendance records for consistency and accuracy, as well as tracking sick leave/absenteeism incidents.
    • Follow policy guidelines, process, and send detailed counseling or disciplinary actions to supervisors/management for them to present to employees as needed.
    • Maintain an accurate timekeeping ledger sheet for each assigned employee, maintaining accurate leave balances of all leave codes.
    • Familiarize yourself with timekeeping software and applications, including SAM II and Care Ware.
    • Accurately complete time and attendance reports.
    • Be familiar with all time keeping deadlines.
    • Provide back-up for clerical positions within program.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)


    Preferred Qualifications

    Two or more years of experience as an Administrative Support Clerk with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.

    OR

    Three or more years of experience in office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.

    (Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience at a rate of 30 earned credit hours for one year.)

    • Professional attitude and demeanor
    • Reliable and consistent in attendance
    • Experience using Microsoft Office documents (word, excel, etc.)
    • Organized and efficient in completing all tasks in a timely manner
    • Self-sufficient in performing tasks once trained
