Reporting to the County Executive, the Assistant County Executive plays a pivotal role in advancing community priorities, supporting countywide initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations that improve the lives of residents every day.

Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership in a large, complex public agency, including at least two years in a senior executive capacity.
Track Record of Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide organizations through change, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, oversee diverse teams, and deliver results on major initiatives.
Strategic & Innovative Thinking: Skilled in balancing long-term vision with pragmatic solutions, and in creating strategies that address evolving community needs.
Collaboration & Influence: Proven success in building partnerships with governing boards, department leaders, community groups, and external stakeholders.
