Minimum Qualifications - Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (ABD status considered, however, terminal degree is required at the time of hire)
- California Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the candidate’s area of expertise
- Planned or active research program in candidate’s area(s) of expertise
- Demonstrated evidence or potential for teaching excellence at the university level
- Ability to teach courses in speech sound disorders, language development and disorders, assessment and treatment of bilingual and/or social communication disorders
- If Associate, demonstrated experience with accreditation and evidence of prior departmental or university service
Preferred Qualifications - Bilingual English-Spanish speaker
- Research plan or productivity commensurate with rank and experience
- Ability to teach in multiple content areas related to pediatric speech and language development and disorders

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $7,125- $8,646 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $6,221- $13,224 per month
