Legal Assistant - Bankruptcy Unit
Department of Revenue

The Bankruptcy unit is looking for an independent, detail-oriented person to join our staff. This is a non-supervisory position that will research, identify, and code tax delinquencies on taxpayer accounts. If you like working in a fast-paced unit this is the job for you!- DUTIES PERFORMED:
- Prints daily ECF notices
- Separates daily petitions, forms, and other documents to prepare for further processing.
- Assists with the units incoming phone calls
- Learns and assists other areas within the unit.
- Must have the ability to process documents in accurate, timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in office setting, preferably a legal setting
- Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Revenue Premier (business tax or individual tax) preferred but not required.
- Possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency
