- How you’ll support our team:
• Learn and understand the Division’s services, brand, and how it stands apart from national competitors
• Follow our established brand guidelines and copywriting style guide
• Write B2B social media posts, white papers, case studies, thought leadership, and presentations that showcase our team’s expertise, and the success of our training programs.
• Research and write about trends and subject matter relevant to our Division’s mission
• Support our graphic designer by providing data and copy for animations, infographics, multi-page documents, one-sheets, and web pages
• Keep jobs on task by using project management software (Asana) to organize content creation, specs and deadlines in a highly matrixed environment
• Plan, create and schedule content, and provide analytics for our social media channels
• Create PowerPoint reports with a variety of analytics or data points
• Compile, format, or edit a variety of documents for the Marketing Manager and Department Director
• Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for brand promotion
Successful candidates should have the following:
• Professional experience in copywriting
• Proven ability to use research and data to find the story and create B2B blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership (please attach two writing samples to your resume in order to be considered)
• High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Ability to learn and follow style guides
• Proven success working in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional demeanor in person and via Teams/Zoom/WebEx
• Experience using Asana, Trello, HubSpot or similar to manage projects
• B2B or B2C professional experience with digital marketing, social media channels, tactics, and metrics
• B2B or B2C professional experience with Hootsuite, Sprout, Canva, or similar
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
• Experience in account service or administrative office organization tasks
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• A mindset of continuous learning with a desire to stay on top of changes in the world of marketing
• Basic understanding of GA4 is preferred but not required
Minimum qualifications: • Five years of experience as a content creator, copywriter, a journalist. This can be obtained through a combination of work experience and completion of a Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
