Position Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:- Represent over 60 county agencies, departments, and townships in a variety of civil legal matters.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents; provide practical and proactive legal advice to public officials.
- Appear in court proceedings at various levels, including local, appellate, and federal courts.
- Work closely with other attorneys and public servants in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Embrace opportunities for hands-on learning and real-time problem-solving.

Job Prerequisites:
Minimum Qualifications:- Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Will consider individuals who are currently awaiting bar results.
Salary:
Entry level starts at $70,000 and increases commensurate with experience.
