- Advising division leaders regarding future training and planning needs
- Assisting leaders in developing succession and orientation plans for key staff positions

Minimum QualificationsEducation: Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business or public administration, human resources management, social or behavioral science, industrial psychology, or a closely related field.
Experience: Three (3) years of professional experience planning, designing, and delivering educational and organizational development programs, preferably in a public or community-based agency.
Selection ProcessApplication Filing and Evaluation: Applicants will be required to complete a supplemental questionnaire at the time of application; applications will be evaluated to determine which candidates will move forward in the next phase of the recruitment process.
Multiple Choice Test: Candidates who demonstrate that they possess the minimum qualifications will be invited to participate in a multiple-choice assessment. Candidates will be evaluated on necessary knowledge and skills that may include: the ability to collect and analyze data, draw logical conclusions, and make sound recommendations; the ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations; and the ability to communicate effectively in writing. Candidates must achieve a passing score on the multiple-choice test to be placed on the eligible list.

The Multiple-Choice Assessment is tentatively scheduled to take place August 13th - August 18th, 2025.The required assessments may be administered remotely using a computer or mobile device such as a tablet; if so, you will need access to a reliable internet connection to participate in the assessments , as well as computer or mobile device with a camera. The Human Resources Department may change the examination steps noted above in accordance with the Personnel Management Regulations and accepted selection practices.
