    LAWA is currently accepting applications for a Chief Management Analyst/Risk Manager III to lead enterprise-wide health and safety programs, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and culture transformation. This senior-level role is critical in shaping and advancing a proactive safety culture across all operations, including working closely with the Workers’ Compensation team to help develop and support Workers’ Compensation strategy. We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with deep technical expertise and the ability to inspire and influence across the organization.

    What You Will Do:
    • Lead LAWA’s health and safety programs with a focus on compliance and culture transformation
    • Oversee risk mitigation efforts and ensure proactive hazard prevention across operations
    • Manage and optimize the Workers’ Compensation program and vendor coordination
    • Develop integrated safety systems to track performance and drive continuous improvement
    • Advise executive leadership on safety trends, innovations, and strategic initiatives

    Angeles Fire & Police Pensions and the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System).
