Salary:
$20.90 - $26.64
Performs administrative and professional work directing and coordinating grant projects operated under the City of Orlando After-School All-Stars program. This includes daily before school, after school and summer programs, sports activities, educational activities and special events. Primary duties include planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Work is performed under the direction of the After-School All-Stars State Director and is reviewed through meetings, reports submitted, observation, and evaluation of results obtained. The incumbent will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Youth Development, Recreation, or related field plus supervisory, training, and budget experience required and (1) year of experience in the education, recreation, or leisure services field overseeing various activities such as educational programs, youth sports, cultural and therapeutic arts, health and fitness, community centers, et cetera required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Applicant must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and be First Aid/CPR certified.
This is a full-time CONTRACT position with the same benefits as Regular full-time. Most contracts are renewable for terms of one year.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
