    This position may be filled at one of the three levels based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. The entry salary is posted above, with the Intermediate starting salary of $56,712.48, and a Senior starting salary of $61,249.44.

Responsibilities are performed under direct supervision.

Based on your work experience, skills, and education, you will be hired at either the entry, intermediate, or senior level of this job title. As you continue to learn, acquire new skills, and gain experience, you can be promoted to a higher-level position.

    What you’ll do:

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, and Power Platform to ensure seamless user experience and productivity.
    • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of these platforms, ensuring they meet organizational needs and standards.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training, continuously improving skills and knowledge to better support users and enhance platform utilization.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for using these tools effectively, including creating user guides and training materials.
    • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, and Power Platform, and proactively share knowledge with the team.


    All you need for success:

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED/HiSET, and two years of experience in computer systems, repairs, and operations, or
    • Associate's Degree: Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or
    • 60 credit hours toward a related Bachelor's Degree


    Special Working Conditions:

    • Job requires occasional, statewide, overnight travel.

    • Knowledge of or willingness to learn SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Power Apps and Automate
    • Excellent communication, time management, organizational and design-making skills
    • Team player, good work ethic and eagerness to improve skills
    • Ability to collaborate with varying levels of professional staff, consultants, and partners
