    Job Summary

    The Venues Operations Division Manager serves as the senior-level manager responsible for the oversight of all operational services, contracts, and personnel related to the maintenance and daily operations of Orlando Venues facilities. These properties include the KIA Center , Camping World Stadium , Harry P. Leu Gardens , and the Mennello Museum of American Art .

    This leadership role encompasses the strategic and day-to-day management of facility maintenance, event changeover, housekeeping, and physical plant operations across a portfolio that includes an NBA and hockey arena , concert venue , multipurpose stadium , and various cultural institutions .The position works closely with the Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears to ensure venue readiness and operational support during their respective seasons, maintaining a high standard of service and seamless execution of professional sports events.

    Work is performed under the general supervision of Venues Deputy Chief Venues Officer. Performance is reviewed through conferences, reports submitted, and results obtained.

    Required to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years progressive management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a major public facility. Valid Florida Driver's License required.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
