    Position Description
    Part-time position that coordinates a section in a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program or departmental project as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and/or students.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • Responsible for purchasing and record management for the Section Supervisor.
    • Processes development and travel applications and vouchers for Undergraduate faculty.
    • Assists in coordinating and preparing for all graduate classes held on campus.
    • Assists in coordinating Objective Standardized Clinical Examinations.
    • Assists in coordinating faculty documents for Objective Standardized Clinical Examinations.
    • Assists with Proctoring Exams.
    • Responsible for entering faculty and recurrent faculty CVs into Digital Measures to ensure accreditation compliance.
    • Ensures the designated area, the point of contact for faculty and staff, is covered. Attends to the needs of faculty, staff and students.
    • Creates new faculty files.
    • Send out Doodle Polls to various groups and schedule Zoom meetings. Ensures Zoom meetings start and gives attendees permission to be at the meeting.
    • Documents meetings and events in the work calendar.
    • Reviews meeting documents and makes corrections.
    • Assist with any clerical/administrative needs of faculty and students in the Atrium 2 area. Provides PCard if needed for faculty and staff in Atrium 2.
    • Works collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and clinical agencies to establish and maintain clinical preceptorships.
    • Assists in recognizing preceptors for outstanding service.
    • Responsible for other duties as assigned in a timely manner.


    Required Qualifications
    Bachelors degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six (6) years.
